SILK SCREEN PRINTING BOARDS

We have a range of high quality adjustable silk screen printing boards, available in three sizes. These silk screen printing boards have cast aluminium printing platens which have been machine ground to produce a perfectly level printing surface. The platen can be adjusted backwards and forwards as well as from side to side, to allow perfect realignment of artwork when printing with multiple colours / screens.

Our printing boards are equipped with highly adjustable silk screen frame clamps. These can be adjusted vertically to allow a wide range of media or objects of different thickness to be printed. The clamps have built-in adjustable stops so that the silk screen frame (not supplied) can be set to stop at top and bottom of rotation (screen frame swing) at any height. The counterbalance arm can be rotated over a wide angle and the counterweight can be adjusted up and down the arm to obtain the perfect balance. The chassis is folded and welded heavy gauge steel, mounted on four rubber feet.
